The Tallest Shipping Container Building in North America

Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix- constructed of 66 recycled shipping containers from Long Beach California. This sustainable multifamily structure is outfitted with rooftop solar panels to help decrease the utility use and double as added shade for the the rooftop and sidewalks. IDA also features a 3,000-gallon rainwater collection tank along with refillable water stations and bike charging stations. This environmentally friendly structure is the first of its kind in the Phoenix area and includes 18 individual 1 and 2 bedroom units with beautiful high end finishes.
